McCormack Performing Arts Center at Gorham High School
The final Osher Concert Band concert of the fall semester will include works by American and Japanese composers, including Howard Hanson’s modern classic Chorale and Alleluia, Jennifer Jolley’s sardonic take on American nationalism Never Forget, Never Remember, a tone poem titled Dancing in the Rain by Japanese composer Yo Goto, Erika Svanoe’s humorous and colorful Steampunk Suite, and John Mackey’s feverishly energetic The Rumor of a Secret King.
